10/4 - Bemus JVs defeated Westfield JVs 8-0:  Jed Micek's third quarter touchdown propelled the Bemus Point Junior Varsity to an 8-0 win over Westfield.  Micek finshed with 73 yards rushing while Chase Helgren chipped in with 33 yards on four carries.  Jonah Tanner and Nathan Saar each had an interception for the Red Dragons to preserve the shutout.

9/27 - Panama JVs defeated Westfield JVs 14-0:  The Panama Panther and Westfield Wildhawks JV squads met for the second time in as many weeks. Panama improved to 4-1 on the season after edging Westfield 14-0.  Just as in the first meeting, this game was a defensive struggle right from the start with both teams trading turnovers and punts thru three quarters. Much like the Buffalo Bills this season, Panama waited until late in the third quarter before baring their offensive fangs. First year player Kyle Saxton broke a 75 yard Touchdown to put the Panthers ahead 6-0. Dylan Mescall added the insurance TD with less than one minute left in the game and Dylan Bergman plunged in from two yards out for the 2 point conversion.  Saxton led all Panama rushers with 85 yards on the ground. Bergman led the Panama defense with 16 tackles, Tommy Hoch and Greg Delahoy contributed 7 tackles apiece, while Ryan Applebee and Patrick Radka combined for 2 interceptions in the Panther secondary.

9/20 - Panama JVs defeated Westfield JVs 14-6:  The Panama Panther JV squad climbed back into the win column this week with a nail-biting come from behind 14-6 win over the visiting Westfield Mini-Hawks.  Westfield opened the scoring in the third quarter and took a 6-0 lead into the last frame. Panama's offense, which had been held in check all day by the Mini-Hawk's relentless defense finally found the scoreboard on a 69 yard Touchdown run by Clayton Manwaring with 4:45 left to play. With the score 8-6, the Panther defense stepped up big. Panama cornerback Chris Blose intercepted a Westfield pass and returned it 44 yards for another score. On Westfield's final possession, Panama DB Patrick Radka sealed the game with the Panther's second interception of the day. Dylan Bergman and Dylan Mescall led the Panther defense with 9 tackles each, while Radka added 6 defensed passes to his interception.

9/13 - Chautauqua Lake JVs defeated Westfield JVs 22-6:  In Junior Varsity action Saturday night, the Chautauqua Lake Thundercats defeated the Westfield Golden Hawk’s 22 – 6.  Courtney Hewes scored two touchdowns and Ryan Miller scored a third to lead the Thundercats.  Trent Howard and Ryan Miller tacked on the extra points.  For the Hawk’s, Dan Ackendorf scored the sole touchdown.  The Hawk’s defense was lead by Luke Hasken with 6 tackles followed by Tanner Dahl with 5 tackles.  Dan Ackendorf recovered a Thundercat fumble.  Braydyn Wappat and Ryan Miller lead in tackles for the Thundercats.  In other action, Thundercat Travis Sturza intercepted two Westfield passes with John Piper intercepted a third.

8/29 - Bemus JVs defeated Westfield JVs 12-0:  Jed Micek's fourth quarter TD broke open a close game as Bemus Point trimmed Westfield 12 - 0 in LSMFL junior varsity action.  Micek finished with 63 yards rushing while Nathan Saar contributed 45 yards on seven carries with a TD.  Howie Nolan and Chase Helgren led the Bemus Point defense in solo tackles with three each.  Bemus Point's AJ Putt had an interception to end a potential first half Westfield scoring drive.
