10/18 - Westfield defeated Chautauqua
Lake 46-42: What a real barn
burner Saturday with GoldenHawks Adam
Carpenter recording 377yards rushing 4 TD's
& 7 tackles. Dillon Kawski 80 yards 1 TD & 9
tackles. Dylan MacCubbin 1 TD and 70
yards passing. Cameron Wright, Danny
Demarco, Mike Okerlund, Caleb Genthner all
had 7 tackles. Mike Catalano, Jordan
Ellis both with 5 tackles. T-Cats Cody
Thomas 4 TD's 202 yards rushing & 4 tackles.
Nick Zentz 3TD's 189 rushing 3 PAT's.
Anthony Pezzulo 6 tackles, and Kyle Mayer
with a INT and a Pass deflection. What
a great game between these teams and a great
season. Congratulations Bemus Point
Dragons on a great year.
10/4 - Sherman defeated Chautauqua Lake
26-14:
The Sherman Ripley Wild Eagles put another
win on the board defeating Chautauqua Lake
Thundercats 26-14 Saturday afternoon. Andrew
Graham scored on a 2 yard touchdown. Corey
Voorhis ran 60 yards for a touchdown and had
a 2 point conversion play. Teammate Zack
Szyplik had a 51 yard run for a touchdown.
On the defense side of the ball Devin
Moorhead had a interception and ran the ball
back 39 yards for a touchdown. Chris Greiner
had 8 tackles, Dylan Muller had 7 tackles
and Adrienna Frew had 6 tackles. The
the Thundercats Cody Thomas had a 70 yard
run for a touchdown and Jeremiah Russin had
a 2 yard touchdown run. For the Thundercats
defense Thomas had 5 tackles, Anthony
Pezzala and Zack Sears each had 6 tackles.
9/27 - Chautauqua Lake defeated Brocton
26-18: Brocton came out strong
scoring first against the T-cats and pretty
much dominated the field for the 1st half of
the game. Defense was led by 2 outstanding
lineman #52 Chris Degolier & #35 Jim
McDonald with 5 tackles each. From the
linebacker position # 20 Derek Montgomery
also had 5 tackles and several assists. #20
Montgomery also commanded some attention on
offense, rushing for over 130 yds. and
recieving another 25 yds. #16 Jordan Walter
the Bull dogs QB ran for 31 yds. & threw for
36 yds. The Thundercats started out
slow in the 1st half with only one score by
#5 Nick Zentz and an extra pt. ran in by #42
Jeremiah Russin the T-cats QB. The T-cats
went to work in the second half with 3 more
touch downs by #5 Nick Zentz to lead the
offense with 165 yds. rushing. Zentz also
had several assists on the defensive side of
the ball. #42 Jeremiah Russin had 45 yds.
rushing. Leading the defense was #68 Anthony
Pezzulo with 8 tackles and 3 assists. #8
Ryan Stewart also had a great game with
several backfield tackles and a fumble
recovery. #6 Kyle Mayer & #64 Zachery
Schwartz both had key interceptions on some
powerfull drives by Brocton
9/20 - Sherman defeated Chautauqua Lake
30-20: Saturday night was a
perfect night for football and the Sherman
Ripley Wild Eagles varsity keep their
perfect record by defeating the Chautauqua
lake Thundercats 30 to 20. The Wild Eagles
Corey Voorhis had 3 touchdowns and 56 yards
Rushing. Andrew Graham had 61 yard rushing
and 1 touchdown. Teammate Devin
Moorhead rushed or 73 Yards and a 2 point
conversion. Dylan Muller and Nick Sjoden
each had a 2 point conversion play. On
the defense side of the ball for the Wild
Eagles it was led by Chris Greiner, Trevor
Enterline , Dylan Scouten and Devin
Moorhead. For the Chautauqua Lake
Thundercats on offense Nick Zentz had 155
yards rushing and 2 touchdowns. Cody Thomas
scored the third touchdown for the T-Cats.
For the defense Nick Zentz led the team with
6 tackles.
9/13 - Westfield defeated Chautauqua Lake
18-6: In the rain saturday night
in Westfield the T-Cats Cody Thomas has 110
yards rushing and a TD with 11 tackles with
Nick Zents rushing for 20 yards and 2 INT,s
& 3 tackles. Anthony Pezzulo 10 tackles and
Kyle Mayer 1 fumble recovery 1 INT & 3
tackles. GoldenHawks Adam Carpenter 140
yards rushing with 2 TD,s and Dillon Kawski
108 yards rushing and a TD. Another
defensive game for Cameron Wright with 11
tackles and Dillon Kawski 8 tackles. Jordan
Ellis and Mike Catalano both with 5 tackles
and a bus load of assist. Mike Okerlund has
a fumble recovery and hats off to O-line and
D-line as Westfield rolls over Chautauqua
lake 18-6.
9/6 - Bemus defeated Chautauqua Lake
26-6: Bemus Red Dragons rolled
onto their second win of the season over
Chautauqua Lake. The Dragons win was
earned by a strong defense led by Hunter
Kurek with 7 tackles and Aaron Germain with
5 tackles. Andy Farnham, Colin Dahlberg and
Jacob Johnson completed the stingy defense
with 3 tackles each. Cory Wefing ran
for 150 total yards and a touch down to led
the Bemus offense. Chris Jones tossed a
touch down pass to Jeff Tampe and Aaron
Germain. Tampe also added a 43-yard touch
down run and Dalton Bolles tacked on another
42 yards rushing. Nick Zentz led
Chautauqua Lake’s running game with 106
yards. Cody Thomas ran for 22 yards and
Donald Merritt added 30 yards and a TD.
8/30 - Chautauqua Lake defeated Panama
28-12:
#39
Donald Merritt led the offense with 2 TD and
well over a hundred yds. #5 Nick Zentz
had a TD and over a hundred yds. #42
Jeremiah Russin ran a short one in for a TD.
On the defense Cody Thomas, Nick Zentz,
Anthony Pezzulo, and Donald Merritt all had
solid performances in denying the win to
Panama.
