The
Bulldog JVs Prepare To Scrimmage Dunkirk Marauders
10/4 - Panama JVs defeated Brocton JVs 14-6:
The Panama Panther JV squad continued their
second half heroics this week with a come
from behind 14-6 win over the host Brocton
Bulldogs. After spotting Brocton a 6-0
lead, the Panthers roared back in the second
half with a 53 yard Touchdown run by Dylan
Bergman and an 85 yard Touchdown run by
Clayton Manwaring. Manwaring led the offense
with 111 yards on the ground. The
Panther defense shut Brocton out in the
second half. Gregory Delahoy led the Panama
defensive charge with 13 tackles and a
crucial late game fumble recovery at the
Panama 1 yard line. Bergman contributed 10
tackles and Dylan Mescall added 12 tackles
to the defensive effort.
9/27 - Chautauqua Lake JVs defeated
Brocton JVs 20-8: The CL
Thundercats JV squad came out on fire and
stayed that way through out the game. #38
John Piper set the tone with some nice
running for over 80 yds. and 2 touch downs.
#27 had a great day after coming back from
being very sick with 45 yds. rushing and a
key interception at the end of the game. #22
Ryan Miller had 40 yds. rushing. Leading the
defense was #16 Courtney Hewes and #17
Ashton Albanesius. Brocton's offense
was led by a nice run by #39 Damon James for
a TD folowed by the 2pt. conversion by #28
Derek Walters. Leading the Bull Dogs
on defense was #18 James Luczkowiak,#39
Damon James, and #28 Derek Walters.
9/20 - Bemus JVs defeated Brocton JVs
30-16: Bemus Point defeated
Brocton 30-16 in LSMFL jayvee action on
Saturday. Jed Micek rushed for two scores
and returned the second half kickoff for a
TD to break a 16-16 tie at the half.
Patrick Nelson had a 36 yard TD reception
and the Red Dragon defense contributed a
safety to complete the scoring for Bemus
Point. For Brocton, Damon James had an
80 yard TD run and a 40 yard fumble recovery
for a second TD.
9/13 - Sherman JVs defeated Brocton JVs
16-6:
Sherman-Ripley Wild Eagles JVs get there
first win Saturday night against the Brocton
Bulldogs 16 to 6. The Wild Eagles were led
by Jacob Ames with a 26 yard touchdown run.
Garret Ownes also had a 65 yard touchdown
run. The Wild Eagles defense was led by
Nathan Ottaway, Garret Owens and Jeremy
Cole.
