2009 JAMFL Sign-Ups

Sign-ups will be held July 11, 2009 from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M.  and July 18,2009 from 10:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. at The Jock Shop.  Everyone must have a parent or guardian to sign the registration form, a birth certificate (if they have not played before) and $40.00 payment.  Physicals will be given on July 20, 2009 and July 21, 2009 at the Jamestown High School.
