- Northside JVs defeated Southwestern JVs 20-0: The
Northside Warriors battled to a 20-0 win over the Southwestern
Spartans in JV action. The Warrior defense kept the team in the
game led by Dylan Pratt with 12 tackles, Austin Prunty with 11, and
Dakota Lewis with 11. Noah Larson added an interception and Matt
Woodard a key fumble recovery. Offensively the Warriors were led by
James Rohas' 129 yards and 2 TD's, and Jovian Maisonet's 77 yards
and 1 TD. For the Spartans, Nate Priester and Brad Southwick
dominated defensively. Jake Ferari was their top rusher.

- Northside JVs defeated Dunkirk JVs 34-14:
The
Northside JV squad defeated Dunkirk 34-13. For the victors, Jovian
Maisonet ran for 139 yards following the blocks of Mark Maldonato.
Noah Larson added a TD along with his 85 yards, and James Rohas ran
for 1 TD and caught 2 TD passes. Ryan Holdridge threw the TD to
Rojas. Defensively Dakota Lewis and Chris Whitford led the way with
6 tackles, and Trey Spencer had a late interception. For Dunkirk,
JaQuon Allen had 2 TD rushes of 53 and 37 yards. Jaziah Riviera and
Tegan Raynor had 6 tackles and a fumble recovery.

- Northside JVs defeated Fredonia JVs 38-12:
The
Northside JV Warriors defeated Fredonia 38-12. Jarred Harrison and
Antony Jenkins opened the holes for James Rohas to run for 120 yards
and 3 TDs. Jovian Maisonet contributed 100 yards and a TD, and
Austin Prunty added a TD along with his 5 tackles defensively. Noah
Larson led the defense with 8 tackles, assisted by solid defensive
play by Marcus Rojas, Donavan Francis and Brandon Ellis. The
Fredonia Offense was led by Lucas Voss and Noah Fleckenstein. Jacog
Green and Nolan Mages had a solid game defensively for the
Hillbillies.
9/26
- Northside JVs defeated Southwestern JVs 18-6:
The Northside Warriors JV
team, fighting to stay alive in the playoff race, narrowly escaped
with a victory over a tough Southwestern Spartans team. A
complete team effort was responsible for the victory. James
"Cookie" Rojas led the offense with 124 yards rushing and 1
touchdown. Jovian "Jumpy" Masionet tacked on another 83 yards
for the offense. Ryan Nordwall had a 30 yard TD. On
defense, Dylan "Choppy" Pratt led the way with 9 tackles, Noah
Larson tacked on 6 and Chris Whitford had 5. For Southwestern,
Jake Ferrari had 128 yards rushing and a touchdown. Graham
Josephson had 80 yards rushing and Brian Burns
also contributed with 50 yards rushing. On defense for the
Spartans, Nate Priester had 15 tackles, Glenn Janowski and Zander
Dorman each added 6.

- Northside JVs defeated Falconer JVs 32-14:
The
Northside Warriors defeated the Falconer Tigers 32-14 in Junior
Varsity action Saturday. For the Warriors, Jovian Maisonet led the
rushing effort with 139 yards and two touchdowns. James Rojas added
105 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and Ryan Nordwall added another
TD. Brent Miller , Jacob Dietzel, and Trey Spencer played
outstanding on the offensive line. Defensively Dylan Pratt
dominated the edge with 10 tackles. Jarred Harrison, Dakota Lewis,
and Nathan King also played well defensively.
9/12
- Northside JVs defeated Westside JVs 38-24:
The
Northside Warrior JV squad defeated the Westside Panthers 38 - 24 in
a back and forth battle Saturday. For the victors, James Rojas
piled up 205 yards and 4 touchdowns while Jovian Maisonet collected
97 yards, ran for one TD and passed to Rojas for another.
Defensively the Warriors were led by Chris Whitford and Matt Woodard
with 8 tackles each. Westside was led by Korbyn Nelson, who
scampered for 245 yards, 3 TD's, and caught a pass from Matt Hill for
a 63 yard TD. Tyler Phanco, Dylan Fanton, and Kody Danielson led
the Panther defense with 5 tackles each.
9/5 - Southside JVs defeated Northside JVs
33-21:
8/29 - Northside JVs defeated Cassadaga
JVs 30-0: The Northside Junior
Varsity team started the year with a victory
over Cassadaga JV's. Jovian Maisonet piled
up 84 yards and 2 touchdowns on just 5
carries. Ryan Nordwall and Austin Prunty
added TD's as well. Defensively, Chris
Whitford caused havic with 9 tackles, an
interception and a fumble recovery. Noah
Larson rose to the occasion defensively with
a 46 yard interception returned for a TD.
The Cassadaga squad played tougher as the
game went on with several long runs and
defensive stops. |
