10/10 - Cassadaga defeated Falconer 12-6:  In a tough battle it was the Cougars that were able to come out on top during the last game of regular season against the Falconer Jr Falcons. For Cassadaga it was Jordan Ingerson who ran in for the first score and took an interception back 35 yards for the Cougars second score. The Falcons moved the ball well all day and their defense held the cougars to limited yards most of the second half. The Falcons put a scoring drive together late in the forth quarter. At that point the clock was not in their favor and time ran out. This was Cassadaga's Second win of the season.

10/3 - Dunkirk defeated Cassadaga 8-0:  The midget Marauders only needed one score by Gage Austin who carried the load for the offense by carrying the ball 18 times for 110 yards. Jon McCarthy carried 4 times for 28 yards. Richard Pickens caught the 2point conversion from Josh Goodwin. The marauder defense was led by Geo Dejesus who had 10 tackles.  Josh Goodwin added 7 tackles, 1 tackle for loss and a interception.  Cassadaga moved the ball real well the entire game as they were led by Chris Ellis. On defense Matt Heath and Jarryd Bernoudy proved to be tough to stop by the Marauder offensive line.

9/26 - Fredonia defeated Cassadaga 33-6:  Cassadaga came out blazing on the first play from scrimmage with a 70 yard touchdown run from running back Shane Parsons.  From there on, the scoring was all Fredonia as the Hillbillies tallied the next five touchdowns.  Nick Cloos scored on a 56 yard pass play, Dakota Gardner had a 36 yard TD, Ethan Aitken had a 33 yard TD, Michael Pucci had a 7 yard TD and Cameron Voss had a 6 yard TD.  Cloos and Daniel Barnes added the extra points.   The Billies defense was led by Jarod Burmaster, Gardner, Pucci and Voss with Pucci and Barnes recovering fumbles. Jordan Ingerson played well at quarterback for Cassadaga and Chris Ellis had an interception for the Cougars.  Patrick Moore had a tenacious Quarterback Sack. 

9/19 - Southwestern defeated Cassadaga 20-6:  The Southwestern Spartans defeated the Cassadaga Valley Cougars 20-6 Saturday afternoon at Cassadaga High School. The Cougars got on the board first, on the second play of the game, Shane Parsons ran untouched around the right end for 61 yards and a touchdown giving the Cougars a 6-0 lead. The Spartans offense got going with strong running from backs Jarrett Yuchnitz and Nick Cooper. Curtis Carlson capped off their second drive with a tuff 8 yard run and Quarterback Ben Burk threw to Jackson Rybicki for the 2 point conversion making the score 8-6. The Spartans got the ball to start the second half and Quarterback Jared Drocy put together a nice balanced drive with great efforts again from running backs Yuchnitz and Cooper, Jackson Rybicki added 2 nice runs as well. Once again Carlson gave the Spartans a 14-6 lead when he broke off tackle for a 46 yard score, his second of the game. Jake Chamberlin led the way, for the Spartans defense with 12 tackles and was helped out by Michael Brooks, Dylan Lundmark, Joey Lindburg, Brian Westerdahl and Brendan Kennedy. The Spartans offense sealed the game with their final touchdown midway through the 4th quarter. Curtis Carlson’s 3rd touchdown run of the game, an 18 yard run off tackle, closed out the scoring. Carlson led the offense with 84 yards, Jarrett Yuchnitz had 67 yards, Nick Cooper 40 yards and Jackson Rybicki 24 yards. QB Ben Burk was 3 of 5 passing for 40 yards an extra point conversion and 1 interception. Jake Brecht chipped in with a nice catch and run play of 33 yards. With the win, the Varsity Spartans, improve to 2-2 on the season. The Spartans head back home Saturday night to face the Northside Warriors at 7:30pm.

9/12 - Southside defeated Cassadaga 28-6:  The Southside Blue Devils jumped out to an early 22-0 lead and went on to defeat the Cassadaga Cougars 28-6 at Strider Field. Matt Nazzaro took the opening handoff for 65 yards to paydirt to get things rolling. After a Logan Bellardo incerception, Nazzaro found the endzone again from 27 yards out. Kevin Mosely also scored from 2 yards out and caught two 2-point conversion passes from Kyle Liuzzo, all in the 1st quarter. Corey Jackson tacked on another 1 yard touchdown run and gained 94 yards on the ground for the Blue Devils. On defense, Mosely was the leader with 9 tackles and Devan Jackson made 6 stops. Casper Whitacre had 3 fumble recoveries, scooping up forced fumbles made by defensive tackle, Tank Sherman. For the Cougars, Shane Parsons ripped a 70 yard run for the lone Cassadaga score. Chris Ellis and Matt Heath were standouts for the cougar defense, making 7 tackles apiece.

9/5 - Cassadaga defeated Westside 20-0:  It was a combination of efforts for the Cougars offense.  Led by quarterback Jordan Ingerson who threw for multiple receptions. The Cougars leading rusher with 2 long touchdown runs was Shane Parsons. And additional score was had by the Cougars with a run from Chris Ellis who broke many tackles to get into
the end zone.  Defensively the Cougars held the Panthers tightly all day. Many key stops were made from Jarryd Bernoudy and Cody Johnson. The leading player of the game for the Panthers was Hunter Peterson who had 57 yds on the ground and made an outstanding 8 tackles.  He also recovered a fumble for the
Panthers.  Together both teams played hard and showed great sportsmanship throughout the day.  Also noted that both teams Cheerleading squads did an outstanding job to keep the
energy going and the fans involved. It is much appreciated.

8/29 - Northside defeated Cassadaga 19-6:  Ben Larson had 18 carries for 162yrds and two TD's. Zacc Kinsey had 12 carries for 98yrds and the Ex Pt. Zach Panebianco scord on a two yard run to finish the scoring for Northside.Defensive for the Warriors were Zach panebianco with 11 tackles, Christian Edborg, Ben Larson and Bannon Eimiller with 8 tackles a piece. Kinsey had a interception for 24 yrds. Cassadaga Shane Parson had the lone TD and was their defence stand out. Northside next week game is home at strider field against Southside.
